You will feel energized and focused as you progress toward your goal with weekly life coaching sessions and an action plan designed especially for you. You will be held accountable for your progress and together we will celebrate every step forward. Procrastination and negative energy will be a thing of the past.

I provide confidential personal telephone life coaching for you anywhere in Canada or the United States. Following the initial contact and a phone call to make sure this is a good fit for both of us, an inventory is e-mailed to you and a contract signed, which sets up a three month partnership. That is the minimum time commitment for achieving lasting changes.

Fees:

Phone costs are kept to a minimum. The only cost to you will be the life coaching fee. I am currently offering life coaching services for $200 per month with a minimum three month contract. That includes 30 minute weekly sessions, or 45 minute bi-weekly sessions, each with unlimited e-mail support.

Choose an important goal that you are absolutely certain that you are ready to make happen NOW.
Make all appointments/calls on time or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
Be honest, using me as a safe place to explore possibilities and to overcome what has previously stopped you.
